Easy Study is a mobile application developed by Ally Studio (https://allystudio.net) with the goal of helping users stay productive through the Pomodoro technique. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Easy Study app.

1. About the App
Easy Study is a productivity-focused Pomodoro timer. While the app works offline and stores most data locally, we also use certain third-party services to improve app quality and understand usage patterns. These services help us fix bugs, enhance user experience, and gather feedback.
2. What Data We Collect
a) Crash Reports and Usage Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, both provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymous usage data and crash logs. This includes:
- Device type and operating system
- Session durations
- Button taps and feature usage
- Crash details and error reports
- Approximate location (e.g., country-level)
This data helps us identify and fix bugs and improve user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected through these tools.
b) User Feedback
We use Wiredash, a third-party feedback tool, to collect voluntary feedback from users. When you send feedback through the app:
- Your message, along with optional metadata (e.g., app version, device info), is sent to Wiredash’s servers.
- You can optionally include your email address if you want us to follow up — this is completely optional and only used for communication.
Wiredash operates under its own privacy policy and is GDPR-compliant.
3. Local Data Storage
Most of your app usage data, such as:
- Timer settings
- Session history
- Personal preferences
…is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Easy Study is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding:
- Accessing your data
- Requesting deletion of identifiable feedback
- Opting out of analytics (you can turn off Analytics in your device settings or use tools like “Limit Ad Tracking”)
